Clinical Supervision

$100/hour

I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and approved supervisor in Washington state to support others in their professional journey. I strongly believe that social workers thrive in environments where they feel supported, heard, and safe to learn through experience—including making mistakes. Drawing from a range of supervision experiences, both clinical and non-clinical, I have developed an approach that integrates reflective and clinical supervision.

What to expect: all services are virtual, 1-hour sessions on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule; determined by your availability and goals.

Free 30 minute Consultation

I offer a free 30-minute virtual consultation to explore whether my services are the right fit for you. This time allows us to discuss your supervision or consultation needs and ensure they are thoughtfully considered as we determine the best next steps for working together.

Professional Consultation

$150/hour

I bring over 20 years of experience in child welfare, serving as a direct service social worker, supervisor, and practice advisor. My background includes extensive training in trauma-informed care, forensic interviewing, and the foundations of the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. I have worked with youth and families across all stages of the child welfare continuum, from prevention through adoption, bringing a comprehensive and informed perspective to my practice.
